WHAT:
This year’s event is not an organized walk, but an opportunity to support the mission of Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton. Register to receive a T-shirt that you can wear as you safely walk your path of choice and honor a loved one with the purchase of a Celebration of Life sign.

The Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton Virtual 3k/5k Remembrance Walk offers families and friends an opportunity to honor the memory of a loved one and raise funds to support patient care and services. These include community-wide grief counseling, complementary therapies such as music, art and massage, and financial assistance for patients unable to pay for their care. Net proceeds benefit Ohio’s Hospice of Dayton patient care and services.

COST:
Celebration of Life Sign: $15 each
Individual Walkers: $25 each
Team of 10 or more: $20 each
Active Military or Veteran: $20 each
Youth (12 and under) $15

NOTES:

With the purchase of a Celebration of Life sign, your sign will be displayed around the Memorial Garden Pond, located just off the north entrance driveway. While there will not be an organized walk this year, the signs will be viewable at your leisure on Saturday, October 24, 8:30 am-1 pm.
