Retired – Certified Public Accountant, Deloitte
After graduating with honors from the University of Dayton with a BS in Accounting in 1975, Tom accepted a position with Touche Ross & Co. and soon became a certified public accountant with them. Touche and Deloitte merged in 1989, and Tom spent 39 years with the organization, retiring in 2014. He worked in the audit practice of Deloitte specializing in serving healthcare, higher education and not-for-profit entities. He also served as a quality control reviewer for Deloitte during his career, as well as a peer reviewer for the Government Finance Officers Association.
